The air conditioning service station VAS 6745 with integrated refrigerant identification and flushing device is the latest development for simple but efficient and fully automatic processing of air conditioning systems in passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles with R1234yf.
The Windows CE-based operating system controls the processing sequence, from extraction to recycling and from oil management to filling, fully automatically. A manual program is also available to the user.
Operation with integrated help function in 20 languages is via a membrane keyboard and 5.7" TFT display.
The high performing two-stage 170 l/min. vacuum pump assures fast extraction and perfect drying of the system. The integrated 10 kg tank and the unique external refilling bottle system assure operational readiness of the equipment at all times.
The oil management system for PAG and POE oils is equipped with a self-cleaning process in order to prevent oils from being mixed.
The air conditioning station features USB and LAN interfaces and an SD card slot for simple and fast updating of the equipment.
Thanks to the internal monitoring system for pressure and temperature sensors and the large capacity of 700 ml of the internal filter, the maintenance-friendly nature of VAS 6754 is optimal.
The air conditioning service station is suitable for global use on vehicles of the Volkswagen Group and complies with all legislative and VDA requirements for processing and flushing refrigerant circuits with R-1234yf.
Induction training and commissioning accompany the equipment and should be arranged with the relevant country-specific service partner.
